Permit Process

Thank you for your interest in Arrowhead Park and Lake. APL Properties believes that Arrowhead Lake is one of the most beautiful and serene environments in the Columbiana area, and we wish to maintain the clean and scenic atmosphere that will keep the lake safe and beautiful for many years to come. The process for obtaining an Arrowhead Park and Lake permit for boat usage is simple. Please follow the steps below and through our correspondence you can enjoy one of Columbiana's finest amenities. Application

Please download (to the right), print and complete this application, including rules and regulations, in it's entirity. After review please mail full application and any payment that may apply to:

Approval

Within 10-14 business days you will receive approval notice of your application. After approval has been received lake use is permitted to permit holder.

Guest Waiver

Please have any guest that will be enjoying the lake with you complete the guest waiver (to the right). Upon completion please retain a copy of the guest released liability waiver (as it applies to you the permit holder) for your records, and also submit a copy to APL Properties.
